1. Installation and Setup
   • Run Installer_SLICENSE.exe as an administrator.
   • Click Next on the initial screen.
   • Choose the installation location and click Next.
   • Click Install to complete the installation.
2. License Request
   • Run SLICENSE as an administrator.
   • Go to the Request License tab.
   • Click Generate to create a license request.
   • Extract Identifier.dat and send it to TÜBİTAK SAGE.
   • After receiving the license files, go to Add/View License.
   • Click Select Files, choose the received files, and click Open.
   • Verify that the licenses have been added successfully.
3. Server Management
   • Open the Server Management tab.
   • Adjust the IP and port settings if needed.
   • Click Play to start the service.
   • Check the status section to confirm the service is running.
